Joyce N’sana

Joyce N’sana embodies the essence of Afrobluehop, a bold fusion of Afro-blues rhythms, hip hop, rock-soul, and occasionally reggae. Her stature is inversely proportional to the power of her voice, which carries a message of peace shaped by the hardships of her youth in Congo, marked by war. Known for her ‘incredible intensity’ (Éric Barette, Radio-Canada) and her ‘survivor’s fervor’ (Stéphane Laporte, La Voix), her EP OBOSSO (2021) is praised as ‘top-notch’ (Jean-François Côté, Radio-Canada), captivating audiences with authenticity and dynamism.
