Purchasing a badge is unfortunately not possible on site during the event. If you wish to participate in the pre-organized networking activities, you will have to stay on the lookout for the deadlines associated with PRO badges.

Your badge will be available at the registration desk at the hotel for pick up the week of Mundial Montréal. You will be required to show your Eticket or photo I.D. to pick up your badge.

Delegates arriving after the accreditation counter has closed can pick up a wristband for the evening showcases at the room where the evening program is taking place. Please exchange it the next day at the accreditation counter for your badge in order to have access to the entire event.

When you are accredited, you will be able to download the Mundial Montréal mobile application. The platform will allow you to network freely with your colleagues in the industry in addition to locating yourself in the schedule of activities. The app will be your sidekick for the duration of the event. We encourage you to complete your profile quickly. This is the one that will allow you to connect faster with your peers!

Pre-event preparation is not to be underestimated! Here are some tips to maximize the potential benefits of your presence at the event. 1. Discover the complete list of delegates who will be on site and identify those with whom you wish to connect. You can easily invite them to a virtual meeting, or face-to-face via the mobile application. 2. Learn more about the full program, and make sure you don't miss anything on site. 3. Don't forget to bring your paper or digital (ideally digital!) business card to ensure you can easily connect with your colleagues during your impromptu meetings. Remember, the conference event is ultimately about generating business opportunities, so we encourage you to do everything you can to make sure they happen.

Have you been selected for a showcase? You will have the opportunity to play an excerpt from your show (25 minutes) in front of more than 350 delegates from all over the world, including more than 80 presenters. Mundial Montréal is a “boutique” conference on a human scale, allowing you to connect and forge links with the delegates. During Mundial Montréal, be sure to participate in all activities and be present during the 4 days of professional activities and showcases in order to maximize your meeting opportunities. Keep a record of the business cards you receive, and have a system in place to record the contact information of your peers. Be sure to follow up with your colleagues within 2 weeks of the event.
