Mentorship is at the heart of Mundial Montreal's mission. We offer various professional development programs throughout the year, both leading up to, and during our main event in November.
Whether it's through our official mentorship program, our Mentor cafés, the Artist Lab, or the RADAR series, our organization aims to help emerging musicians and professionals from around the world reach the next level of their career development.
We are pleased to announce the return of the mentoring program as part of Mundial Montreal 2023. Space is very limited in order to ensure an intimate and stimulating environment.
With its PRO and artist components, the mentoring program helps to support emerging professionals and showcase artists.

Mundial Montréal offers three main mentorship opportunities as part of its annual activities.
The Mentor cafés : this unique networking activity is a golden opportunity for delegates to sit down with highly experienced industry members and share their experiences, ask questions, and gain valuable knowledge in an intimate format.
The Artist Lab : a series of workshops and conferences for artists that provides privileged access to key industry players with whom they can have "one on one" meetings. Financial assistance, production and distribution, promotion strategies, royalties; those are some of the topics covered during Artist Lab activities.
The RADAR series : this new springtime showcase includes professional activities during each evening of the RADAR series, designed to facilitate connections between artists and the local industry with the aim of career development. These activities included a panel on the challenges of management, a mentoring session focused on "building your team," and an industry cocktail.
